What we collect

When you buy, our Merchant of Record, Creem, collects the information needed to process your order: your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver your guide and answer your questions.

If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply to you.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, provide support, process refunds and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you agree to receive emails from us, we may send occasional safety tips and news about new guides; every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. This website doesn't use advertising trackers.

Who processes data for us

Creem (payments, tax and file delivery) and Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding). They handle data only to provide their services.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
